JDR’s President Jason D. Rasch believes wholeheartedly in the “golden rule.”

Jason’s background in business management, contracting, and painting, as well as his unwavering determination to succeed, are assets to his company. His tenure with the Tri-County Contractor’s Association Board, Associated General Contractors of WI, and other companies has only increased the level of professionalism and experience he brings to JDR.

Jason is committed to spreading the word about his team. “We are extremely responsive to our clients, and owners know they can rely on us to provide the BEST,” he states. “Our trained 30+ craftsmen boast an average of over 25 years in the trade; you can’t beat that level of expertise.”

When Jason is not hard at work with the JDR team, he balances his time between his family, his passion for the martial arts of Shorei Kempo, and his training to become a firefighter. He is also a member of the Town of Paris Fire and Rescue.
