JDR Painting is honored to contribute to Ashley Capital's latest development, Enterprise III, the third building within the Enterprise Business Park in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. Located just 30 miles south of Milwaukee, this expansion underscores Ashley Capital's commitment to delivering modern, large-scale industrial facilities that meet the region's growing demand for logistics and manufacturing space.
Enterprise III is a 397,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility with direct access to major transportation corridors, and JDR Painting is completing the exterior painting to ensure a high-quality finish that reflects the project's Class A standards.
The Enterprise Business Park has already attracted a strong tenant base, including Amazon, Fresenius USA Manufacturing, Andis Co., and Brown West Logistics. The addition of Enterprise III further strengthens southeastern Wisconsin's industrial corridor and enhances Racine County's position as a hub for advanced warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing. With JDR Painting contributing to the final touches under Field Foreman Christian Sharkey, the project stands as a testament to Ashley Capital's continued investment in high-quality industrial development.
