Located at N128 W20833 Holy Hill Road, this phase of the project continues the expansion of a modern industrial complex designed to support the region's growing commercial and manufacturing needs.

Capstone 41 Phase 3 features a state-of-the-art precast building, and JDR Painting is completing both the exterior and interior painting work to ensure a high-quality finish that meets the project's design and performance standards. On the exterior, our team is focused on preparing and finishing the precast surfaces to deliver a durable and visually appealing façade. Inside, JDR Painting is applying premium finishes throughout the facility, enhancing the interior environment with precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to lasting quality.
