This project focused on restoring and refreshing key architectural and safety elements that endure heavy exposure to both the elements and daily operations.

Scope of Work:

  • Repainting of the exterior accent stripe that wraps around the full perimeter of the building

  • Painting of all garage door opening steel frames

  • Repainting of over 100 bollards across the property for enhanced visibility and protection

The building’s exposed aggregate surface required specialized attention to ensure full coverage and clean, consistent lines.
