Ryan Fire Protection Facility

JDR Painting proudly completed the interior and exterior painting for the new Ryan Fire Protection facility in New Berlin, Wisconsin, a project led by general contractor Berghammer Construction. Ryan Fire Protection is a recognized leader in fire protection systems and services throughout the Midwest and beyond, and this new construction project required a high level of coordination, precision, and adherence to strict commercial standards. JDR Painting was responsible for delivering comprehensive painting services across the entire facility, including detailed surface preparation, application of high-performance coatings, and execution of both interior and exterior finishes designed for durability and long-term performance in an industrial environment.

Working closely with the construction team, JDR Painting ensured that all phases of the project aligned with the broader construction schedule while maintaining consistent quality control throughout. Project Manager Randy Sharkey and Field Foreman Steve Beamer provided hands-on leadership, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring that all work met both aesthetic and functional expectations.

This project highlights JDR Painting’s ongoing commitment to exceptional service and craftsmanship, a standard the company has upheld since its founding in 2013. Serving Southeast Wisconsin and Northeast Illinois, JDR Painting brings expertise in industrial, commercial, institutional, retail, and residential painting, with a strong emphasis on advanced techniques and union-trained workmanship. The successful completion of the Ryan Fire Protection facility reinforces JDR Painting’s reputation as a trusted partner capable of delivering high-quality results on complex new construction projects.
