With over 38 years of experience in the industry, Randy Sharkey is an invaluable asset to JDR Painting.

Randy began his painting career working on custom homes as a Journeyman Painter for 15 years in Arizona. After moving to Wisconsin and starting his career at Postorino Decorating, Inc., he was promoted to Vice President of Operations. For the next 23 years, Randy helped build and mentor the team there, gaining experience and extensive knowledge.

“My estimating experience and wealth of knowledge, work ethic, and professionalism are what set me apart,” shared Randy. “I expect those in my charge to exude the highest respect and appearance when working with clients and at their place of business.”

Randy takes great pride in the work he does at JDR. According to him, he wants his team to “succeed and achieve in the same manner that I have; they are our future.”

Working closely with JDR’s management and staff, Randy is also committed to decreasing stress for his customers and general contractors. “I’m dedicated to and passionate about creating simple, seamless experiences that highlight the company offerings. When people don’t notice my work, I know I’ve done it well.”

When Randy is not hard at work with the JDR team, he enjoys spending time in the great outdoors fishing (where he feels he finds his serenity with God), playing softball, or spending time with his family. He also volunteers by helping the homeless through local churches and ministries.
